Who looks after your details

When you say hello

If you use the contact form when it is enabled, it asks for your name, email address, whether you are a parent, maker, brand or other visitor, and your message. These details are used to read and respond to your enquiry. Please do not include sensitive information or children’s personal details.

When enabled, the form is processed by a Cloudflare Pages Function. Cloudflare Turnstile checks for spam and processes technical information about your browser and request. Your message, name and email are sent through Resend to the site owner’s mailbox. These providers may process information internationally; their current terms, processor agreements and safeguards must be reviewed for the configured accounts. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy, Cloudflare’s data processing addendum, Resend’s privacy policy and Resend’s data processing addendum.

The reply is handled in the site owner’s mailbox. The mailbox retention period will be confirmed before the form goes live. There is no mailing list and your enquiry is not used to send marketing.

Cookies and visits

This site does not currently load analytics, advertising tools or Instagram embeds, and does not set tracking cookies. Photographs and fonts are served with the site. The selected host is Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical access and security logs, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the website. Turnstile loads only near the contact form when sending is enabled. Applicable provider and mailbox retention must be confirmed before the form is enabled.

Links to Instagram and makers

Instagram posts and makers’ profiles open only when you follow a link. Those services then apply their own privacy policies. Some pictured products were gifted; disclosures appear beside the makers and in the original posts.

Your choices

You can ask about your data, request access, correction or deletion, or raise a concern by emailing hello@newhomeagain.com. Where applicable, you can also contact your local data protection authority, including Poland’s Personal Data Protection Office.

Before launch, the owner must confirm the controller information, legal basis, actual retention periods, processor agreements and final hosting configuration. This draft is not a completed privacy assessment.
